With the article "Organizational and Perceived Learning in the Workplace: A Multilevel Perspective on Employees’ Problem Solving" published on Organization Science, Ambra Galeazzo wins the Marco Fanno Prize 2022 assigned to the quality of young researcher's work.
This research examines the effect or organizational and perceived knowledge articulation and knowledge codification on frontline employees tendency to adopt a systematic problem solving approach on the job.
