Project description

Digital technologies may provide great support to employees, being able to collect huge amount of real-time and precise data about the production processes. At the same time, digital technologies may also overwhelm employees with data that they cannot fully understand and that overcome the boundaries of their rationality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of digital technologies on organizational learning.
